I'm Eugene Y. Evasco, a writer, editor, and translator passionate about children's literature. My goal is to inspire and nurture creativity through the power of stories. Discovered his passion for storytelling and children's literature. This passion later shaped his career as a writer, editor, and translator. Appointed as a Full Professor at the University of the Philippines College of Arts and Letters, where he mentors aspiring writers and encourages creativity through his teaching.

Authored the award-winning children's book Ang Nag-iisa at Natatanging si Onyok, becoming known for his impactful stories in Filipino children's literature.
